Our local village, Kemnay (3 mins), is a busy community of approaching 4000 people with quality shops, post office, chemist, medical centre, gymnasium and café, hotel, garage and one of Aberdeenshire’s most successful golf courses.

Inverurie is only 10 minutes away, down the River Don, and offers full banking services and a large choice of quality shops, restaurants and services.

Privately owned and managed, the on-site partners, David & Noelle Fyffe, live beside the Centre and ensure 24-hour service for our tenants. Inconveniences such as intruder alarm activations, out-of-hours deliveries, etc. are all taken care of on your behalf.

    No “agency FEES” here! We deal with issues straight away. Living beside the Centre, we ensure regular, informal contact with all our tenants. If a decision is needed, it is taken immediately.

    Our fine 18th and 19th Century granite steading buildings have been developed to a modern and practical standard. Tenants are very welcome to stamp their own identity on interior design, colour schemes and lighting systems in their offices.

  • Flexible leases

    Highly flexible, risk-free leases. Tenants can give 3 months prior written notice at any time after their first six-month term at Netherton.
